Cynthia A. Falk, J.D. graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo and the University at Buffalo School of Law. She has over 25 years' courtroom experience. Ms. Falk has received numerous awards and honors conferred by her peers for her work on behalf of her clients, and has served as the President of the Niagara Falls Bar Association, having been chosen for that position by her fellow attorneys.

Clifford J. Falk, J.D. graduated summa cum laude from Buffalo State College and the University at Buffalo School of Law. He has over 25 years' courtroom experience.
